TXW Rankings by Aina

McDuffy's a busy man, too busy to worry about all these numbers that do nothing for TXW.  So, a few weeks after he brutally fired me and my man Hannibal, I got a call from Luke Smith.  Seems Luke's a busy man, too.  Although my short stay with TXW as a wrestler went horribly, Luke was impressed by my ability to count.  Long story short, they wanted a counter and they got Aina.

The "boob," as Hannibal would say, that ran this thing before and the "nut-less crybaby" of a guy before him could only count one thing at once, thankfully, I can multitask.  From now on your success in singles matches affects your tags match ranking and vice versa.  Confusing no doubt for all you Americans, but trust me, it works.  If there's one thing the Dutch can do, it's count.

• These rankings only include matches after September 25th of this year (2001), ranks have no bearing on your success in future matches and are only here because TXW felt sorry for me (Hannibal's drinking habits were running our bank accounts dry) and felt I needed a job.  The methods used to rank are more complex than a summation of the win column in relation to the loss column.  While normally ranks should render roughly the same results as the before mentioned style, if you try to abuse the system, there are safeguards that will negatively affect your rank.  I'd like to thank TXW and Luke Smith for helping our little family out and if anyone has any questions, speak with Luke, he knows how to get a hold of me.  - Aina, November 9th 
• Another note, this week the old rule about three matches came back.  I'd have done it last week but it would have just been Grothgar and Mr. Carter.  There are no more tiers to break, fighting in six matches or whatever won't give you a sudden lead.  This rule was put into place to stop one or two matches wonders from getting a couple of lucky wins then dominating without having to fight.  So anyway, for now Grothgar is considered the top man as far as the numbers go, I saw his match and it was close, good show by both parties.  My love-muffer Hannibal's waiting for me back at the house, be back next week. - Aina, November 15th
• Ok, as OOC board visitors know, I made a mistake.  It seems I forgot to factor in title matches when posting the rankings.  Although most changes were very low (except for the Lowders and Tara; Tara went up quite a bit and the Lowder's single ranks took a huge nosedive) I felt I should go back and ensure complete accuracy in the ranking system.  Also, I recently found that the "Spoilers" left on the OOC board were the results of a mistake of some sorts, so the posted rankings earlier today were faulty.  These are not.  From my understanding, all titles will be defended at TXW Overdrive next week, so get ready for some big moves in the rankings.  I'm really looking forward to seeing how the Bird and Jack Walton do against the Lowders.  Ok, Hannibal-time! - Aina, November 25th
• I've rounded all the public rankings to the second decimal place.  The full numbers are still being used for calculations, but they're getting so long I thought they were detracting a bit from the significant parts.  Other than that, glad to see that the Bird finally broke the three match barrier, his posts always impress me. - Aina, December 16th
