When one looks at a map of the galaxy it is easy to find such powers as the Federation, the Klingons, the Dominion, the Borg, and even the Cardassians.  However, by looking somewhere between the Federation and the Klingon Empire you can see a small, yet powerful Empire full of history and pride, this empire's name; the Romulan Star Empire.  This amazing empire, has remained strong for over 200 years as a technological and military super-power.  Going into it's third century in space a new class of ship, the dx'Enyaw class warbird, was launched.  One of these ships was named the Sunheart and placed under the command of Commander Aoj t'Edi, join Commander t'Edi now and defend this small yet mighty Empire against the evil oppressors that wish to see her destroyed.

*A note to Romulan fans-Unlike some other Romulan sims we do not use words like erei'riov  because we believe that you should not have to learn the Romulan language just to play in this game.  If you do want to use one of these words in the game, please try, if possible, to explain what the word means.  The word Rihannsu can be used if you like, personally I find it a little hard to spell.  :)
