A Hell in a Cell was arranged with the addition of tables and each man bringing in a weapon of his choice. It was expected to be an extremely brutal bout and few would be disappointed. When it was done, Slash N' Burn walked out of hell with the Championship.

Slash N' Burn	10/25/2001	none	Meeting Mr. Carter for the TXW Championship once again, as he did all that time ago, at the first TXW PPV. This time, like the first, saw Slash N' Burn take the title after a hard fought match. Making him the first Champ in this new era of TXW.

Mr. Important	TXW Payback, September 23, 2000	Perhaps three. Only Two can be confirmed.	At TXW Payback, after holding the Championship title for a month, Carter lost it to Mr. Important at TXW Payback. Important went on the hold the title until TXW went off the air. Defending it to the likes of The Domestic Dentist Samurai & Hillbilly Bear.
Mr. Carter	Monday Carnage, August 28, 2000	once	Two days later, John McDuffy ordered a rematch, but this time, Slash just couldn't take it anymore and fell before Management.
Slash N' Burn	TXW Faceoff, August 26, 2000	none	At the first ever TXW PayPerView, Slash N' Burn became the first TXW Champion. It was a match originally intended to be fixed between Mr. Carter and Luke Smith, the void made it's power known and replaced Smith with Slash N' Burn who would go on to create a major upset by withstanding a Management onslaught and pinning Mr. Carter.
