Rules and Consequences:
- Rule- No real characters, no Rocks, no
Stone Colds, no Y2Js, no DDPs, no RVDs, no Kanes, no Takas, no HHHs, no
Stings (but who in God's name would), no Blue Meanies, no nobodies.
Consequence- If you send in an application for a character who I feel
breaks this rule, the application will be ignored.
- Rule- Never ever use someone else's character without their
permission. This includes running up and hitting them over the head with a
folding chair. This does not mean you cannot send in a request to interfere
in a match. It only means you cannot make a post which may make a character
come out as a weakling.
Consequence- If a player contacts me and informs me that a
post has been made in which you have used his or her character without their
permission, the offending post will be removed.
- Rule- Do not spam the
role-playing board, it is for in game role-plays only. If you want to
advertise another site, use the OOC (Out Of Character) board, it is
for just that sort of thing (sharing things from real life with your fellow
players)
Consequence- Any spams or ads for any
other sites in the roleplay board will be deleted.. (if for some reason it ties into the role-play
it can stay, but I can't imagine how it would... please don't try)
If a player continuously breaks the rules, they may be
expelled from TXW.
FAQ:
- To the Players- TXW is, believe it or not, a game. Yes, that's
right. What that means is that in the real world it doesn't make much of a
difference, and is only something we do for fun. Please don't let feuds in
TXW follow you into the real world. Also, if you're not having a good time
in TXW, contact me and maybe we can fix whatever's bothering you.
- How matches are run- All matches in TXW are run on a wrestling
simulator called Zeus Pro. How well your character does is based on how
their attributes, moves and push compares to their opponent. A Push is based
on your role-play.
Please bare in mind, even if you have a higher push you still may lose
thanks to the amount of random luck that seems to go with the simulator.
(you could go 0/10 with somebody and then all of a sudden beat the heck out
of them)
- Number of Characters- While TXW does not restrict the number of
character each player has, I will ask you to only increase your characters
by one at a time. This will insure that you don't get too many and are
unable to keep up with all of them. TXW doesn't need to be full of
characters that are never used, if you decide not to use one anymore, let me
know so they can be taken off the site. (there's no need for anyone to
challenge somebody who isn't going to answer)
- Swearing- TXW is not too concerned with cussing, if you don't like
it, you can kiss my... um, that is to say... as much as we're sorry if this
offends you, it's the way we are here in TXW, and if you are uncomfortable
with this, I'm sure there are plenty of other e-feds out there. I will
however ask that you censor your words a little, for instance spell words
like this @$$ or $h!t if you like. or just use some little stars like so,
f**k s**t, k******************y and G*ddamn. You can say Damn, Ass, Hell and
Bastard all you want. (but if you make a post that's just swearing, it
probably won't earn you allot of push)
- Stables- Each Stable has a total of ten
points. It costs two points to have an active wrestler in your stable and
one point to have a manager or valet who does not enter the ring on a
regular basis (just to interfere or for special matches)
Starting a new stable- If you would like to start your own stable you
will have to fill out the stable application form (it may be reached from
the join page)
Check back every now and then, I
may have added a rule that you are not aware of.
I would welcome any suggestions
for other rules, or if you want to make a run-in e-mail me at ComishMcduffy@yahoo.com
